Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
• Strong reporting/analytics and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to partner with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday configuration, security roles, and data access.
• Support Workday feature releases, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Assist with Workday integrations troubleshooting and SLA adherence.
• Provide end-user support and guidance across HR, Finance and business users.
