Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Workday SCM & FIN Analyst to optimize, configure, and support our Workday ERP environment. This role will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Procurement and IT stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday Financials and SCM experience, including configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, and production support; healthcare experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of Workday Financials and/or SCM experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday processes, security, and reporting.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, sourcing, supplier management, and financial ops.
• Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, and production environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday SCM and FIN modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Configure security, reporting, and workflow automation within Workday.
• Develop and execute testing for new functionality and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues with internal teams and Workday Support.
• Participate in Workday releases and testing cycles.
