Job summary

CTG is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst V to lead complex Workday Benefits projects from proposal through post-implementation. Remote work from the United States with a two-month duration.

The candidate will configure and test Workday Benefits/HCM modules, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Workday Benefits configuration, testing and troubleshooting experience.
Workday HCM configuration, testing and troubleshooting experience.
Experience configuring and testing at least one additional Workday module.

Responsibilities

Serve as functional lead and SME for complex Workday Benefits projects from proposal through post-implementation.
Configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Workday Benefits and related modules; support Workday HCM and other modules as needed.
Gather requirements, define functional specs, evaluate impacts, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
