Job summary
Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to serve as the enterprise expert for Workday Compensation and Total Rewards technology.
You will design, configure, implement, and optimize scalable compensation solutions, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to meet regulatory requirements and support the associate experience. Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR technology or HRIS experience, including leading configuration initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration with deep expertise in Advanced Compensation and HCM functionality.
- Experience configuring compensation processes (annual planning, merit, bonus, equity, eligibility, salary structures).
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and translating needs into scalable Workday capabilities.
- Experience leading testing (unit, SIT, UAT, release validation, production deployment).
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Compensation solutions.
- Serve as the functional owner for compensation-related processes including annual planning, incentives, and statements.
- Partner with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
- Drive governance, automation, and optimization, and evaluate new Workday functionality to maximize value.
