Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Absence, Skills Cloud and related Core HCM configurations. You will collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors to align Workday with business needs.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of Workday Absence/Core HCM experience, plus strong analytical, documentation and cross‑functional skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes.
• Maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover rules.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity checks.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Support Workday release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas, coordinate features with Talent, IT and Finance.
• Maintain security groups and create new ones as needed.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and progress updates.
• Document business requirements, solution designs and testing plans.
• Conduct research on best practices and solutions; complete ad hoc projects.
• Assist HR compliance teams by recommending technology improvements to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with Payroll to map absence plans to earnings codes and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain holiday calendars and background check packages.
• Manage Skills Cloud governance and related configuration.
• Collaborate with external vendors to optimize Workday integrations.
