Job summary

Crowe seeks a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure, report, test and implement enhancements, while partnering with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and vendors to align Workday with business needs.

Responsibilities include building and testing reports, managing EIB templates, security groups and absorbing new features; you will also document requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration
• Professional Services industry experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes in Workday, including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes
• Configure and maintain global leave/time-off plans, accruals, eligibility rules and carryover
• Build, revise and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity checks
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions
• Support release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas; coordinate new features with Talent, IT and Finance
• Maintain security groups and create new groups as needed
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and project status updates
• Document requirements, solution designs and testing plans
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors to align Workday with business needs
• Translate Talent needs into system solutions and drive process optimization
