YO AI Labs is seeking a Word & PDF Expert on a remote contract to help train AI systems through high-quality document inputs. You will review, edit, format, and manage complex Word and PDF documents for legal, regulatory, and compliance-driven projects.

Responsibilities include data extraction, form automation, and guiding stakeholders on advanced Word/PDF features, while maintaining confidentiality and working independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Word and PDF in professional settings.
• Advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Master's, PhD, or JD degree in a related field (e.g., law, healthcare, academia, public policy, finance).
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 or similarly complex environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Word and PDF, ensuring adherence to industry and client-specific standards.
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large and complex files.
• Create, edit, and fill dynamic forms and templates for diverse professional needs.
• Execute precise data extraction and consolidation from Word and PDF documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, confidential document solutions.
• Implement and enforce document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance-driven projects.
• Train and support stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF functionalities and best practices.
