- Advanced document formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Master's/PhD/JD in a related field.
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or similarly regulated environments.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Remote work capability and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and format documents in Word and PDF to client standards.
- Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control.
- Create, edit, and fill templates and forms.
- Extract and consolidate data from Word/PDF.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver compliant document solutions.
- Support training and adoption of Word/PDF best practices.
