Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
- Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
- Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
