The role requires deep knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added offerings to inform sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction. Remote role aligned to a specific market, with travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year, or equivalent combination.
• 3+ years in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with sales relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees).
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI.
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.
