T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a remote-based Solutions Sales Engineer to support business sales by offering technical expertise in wireless solutions, network coverage analysis, and in-building coverage requests.

You will engage with customers, present solutions, and assist sales teams to maximize customer satisfaction. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 1+ year, and strong knowledge of wireless devices and network technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year.
• Preferred areas: Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with sales experience.
• Experience with Enterprise and Public Sector accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and engagement
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis to optimize customer solutions
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
