You will consult in customer opportunities, analyze coverage, and support in-building requests while staying current on devices, networks, and value-added offerings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 1 year experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1–9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting solution features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed
