Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 1 year of related experience
3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of successful solution sales
Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) preferred

Responsibilities

Support small business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and guidance
Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
