Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a technical sales consultant to support business sales by designing and presenting wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

The role involves advising on opportunities, analyzing wireless coverage, and maintaining expert knowledge of devices and network technologies to inform sales strategies. Remote role aligned to a specific market/territory with potential travel; Las Vegas area preferred for coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required)
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a track record of solution sales (Required)
• Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, GOV) (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement (accounts with 1-9 employees)
• Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance, including presenting features, benefits, and ROI
• Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by business management as needed
