T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Remote Solutions Consultant to support business sales by providing technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs.

The role involves consulting on opportunities, analyzing network coverage, and assisting with in-building requests, while staying current on devices and technologies to inform sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience.
• Or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• Or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. (Preferred)
• Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support SMB sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
• Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions.
• Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
