Job summary

You will drive program consistency, optimize operations, and deliver measurable business results while collaborating with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• WiFi experience is required.
• Experience with SmartHome devices and systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resident Internet and Smart Tech Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Define metrics, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, IT, and vendors to deliver program initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
