Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of resident internet, Smart Home, and IoT initiatives across the portfolio. The role coordinates with Operations, Marketing, and IT to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance the resident experience.

The position is remote, with eligibility limited to specified states; travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in Business, PM, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or tech implementation preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% (local and overnight).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, adoption, and resident satisfaction.
Define and report KPIs, goals, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Ensure program standards across markets and communities.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and vendors to deliver initiatives.
Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
