Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in related field required.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in multifamily property management or technology implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resident internet and Smart Technology program strategy across the portfolio.
• Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics to leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements.
• Ensure consistent program execution and standards across markets.
