Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead connectivity programs across the portfolio, including Internet and IoT initiatives. You will drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Marketing, and IT to deliver measurable business results.

Requirements include WiFi experience, familiarity with SmartHome tech, and up-to-date MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience considered.
2+ years in multifamily property management or program management preferred.
Ability to travel up to 60% for local and overnight travel.
Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency and resident adoption.
Define, track, and report program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to leadership.
Evaluate program effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback; implement enhancements.
Ensure consistent program execution and standards across markets and communities.
Lead, coach, and develop team members; foster accountability and collaboration.
