Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead and evolve resident connectivity, internet, and IoT programs across the portfolio. You will partner with Property Operations, Marketing, and external vendors to maximize performance and improve the resident experience.

The role requires WiFi experience, knowledge of Smart Home tech, and strong program management skills. Remote work is available for eligible states, with travel as needed to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years in multifamily property management, programs, or tech implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, adoption, and resident satisfaction.
• Define and report program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning for projects.
