Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and evolution of resident connectivity, Internet, and IoT initiatives across our portfolio. You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners to maximize performance and resident satisfaction while driving efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The role requires experience with WiFi/SmartHome tech and strong program management skills.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
2+ years in multifamily property management or program management preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, adoption, and resident satisfaction.
Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Evaluate program effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure consistent program execution and standards across markets and communities.
Lead, coach, and develop team members and foster accountability.
