Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Residential Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of resident internet, IoT, and SmartHome initiatives across our portfolio. You will partner with Property Operations, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful deployments, optimization, and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on driving adoption, improving resident experience, overseeing multiple installations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or tech implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to local and overnight locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across properties.
• Improve operational efficiency, resident adoption, and satisfaction.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure program standards and cross-market consistency.
• Oversee vendor performance and service delivery.
• Coordinate with onsite teams for implementation and training.
• Prepare updates for executive leadership on progress and risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term tech planning.
