Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of connectivity and IoT initiatives across our portfolio. This role partners with Property Operations, Marketing, and external vendors to maximize performance and resident satisfaction, delivering measurable business results.

The position focuses on creating standardized processes, driving innovation, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation or related field.
Ability to travel up to 60% including overnight travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency, adoption and resident satisfaction.
Define, track and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to leadership.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, Marketing and external vendors to deliver program initiatives.
Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service levels.
