Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Resident WiFi Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of resident connectivity programs across our portfolio. You will work closely with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, and external partners to optimize internet, IoT, and Smart Home initiatives, driving resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Experience with WiFi or resident connectivity programs.
Experience with SmartHome devices and systems preferred.
Ability to collaborate with Operations, Marketing, IT and vendors.
Strong analytics to drive portfolio performance and resident satisfaction.
Leadership to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Lead the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency and resident adoption.
Define and report on program goals, KPIs and performance metrics.
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements.
Ensure consistent program execution across markets and communities.
Oversee multiple installations, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term tech planning.
Coordinate with onsite teams, vendors, and external partners.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
