Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing sales training across West, Central, or East zones. The role combines classroom delivery with field coaching and requires collaborating with regional leadership to close capability gaps and accelerate performance.

You will design and deliver role-specific training (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc.), update content with the Sales Training Specialist, and travel regularly to train new hires and sales reps while driving revenue

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with deep understanding of market landscape and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver and coordinate zone training programs including new hire onboarding and ongoing development.
Align learning strategy with commercial goals and regional leadership.
Create and update training materials to reflect market changes and organizational strategy.
Provide real-time feedback and post-training performance summaries (IPS).
Travel to field engagements to coach new hires and sales representatives.
