Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Trainer to onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals across the Zone, aligning training with business priorities. The trainer works as an embedded partner within the sales team, translating product knowledge into practical, customer-facing expertise to support commercial execution and growth.

The role includes leading new hire onboarding, reinforcing skills post-training, and collaborating with Zone/Regional leadership to close capability gaps

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field
5+ years of experience in commercial sales
5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics
Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred

Responsibilities

50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training
Implement and drive the NAM Learning & Development training strategy within the Zone
Deliver and/or assist in formal training programs (new hire, skills, product launches)
Record and provide feedback via Individual Performance Summaries (IPS) after training
