Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Seattle seeks a Zone Sales Trainer to onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals, aligning training with business priorities to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

This embedded role translates product and clinical knowledge into practical, customer-facing expertise, delivering onboarding and ongoing development across the Zone while collaborating with Sales Training Specialists to update content and track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.
• Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50% Zone training and 50% classroom training.
• Implement and drive NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone to maximize performance and sales results.
• Designated role-specific training responsibility (AE, ACISE, Coag, etc).
• Deliver and/or assist in the delivery of formal training programs, including new hire training, skills training, product launches or advanced training programs.
• Evaluate sales capability needs within the Zone and design targeted development initiatives that strengthen core competencies supporting commercial execution and revenue growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to lead onboarding and training pathway for new sales hires, partnering with leadership.
• Create and update training content to meet organizational strategies and changing LD market landscape.
• Offer constructive, real-time feedback to learners and provide IPS after training programs.
• Continually evaluate all sales training activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry changes and LD innovations.
