We value 3+ years in sales engineering with logs, metrics, IT operations and security; security experience is a bonus. The role emphasizes customer storytelling and technical discovery at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering with logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Residency in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during workshops and POVs
• Document use cases in blog posts
• Operate in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment with multiple opportunities
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zones
