Job summary

Drucker Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the Western United States by managing hospital labs, reference labs, IDNs, and regenerative medicine accounts. This field-based role collaborates with distributors to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include territory planning, new business development, product demonstrations, and value-based selling for instrumentation. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of capital or diagnostic equipment sales experience.
• Experience with hospital, laboratory, veterinary, or regenerative medicine sales.
• Proficient in presenting to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management across Western states with growth targets.
• Distributor engagement, training, and co-selling activities.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities and demonstrate instruments.
• Forecast sales using HubSpot and meet KPIs.
