Job summary

Coleto Brands is seeking a remote West Region sales leader to drive growth for Progress and Kichler brands. The role covers the West region with extensive travel to showrooms, trade shows, and customer sites.

You will manage independent agencies, set regional sales targets, forecast volume, and document interactions in Salesforce. Requires 7–10+ years in lighting sales, a Business degree, and U.S. work authorization. Equal opportunity employer and E-Verify member.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of sales experience in lighting preferred.
• Prior lighting industry experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all independent agencies in the West Region and develop field sales action plans.
• Establish sales objectives, forecast volume, and set quotas for territories.
• Document customer interactions and maintain account data in Salesforce.
