Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a West Region Sales Manager for LB White products in the U.S. West. The role focuses on driving sales in construction equipment rental and supplier channels, reporting to the Global Director of Sales.

Remote work is supported with travel as needed. The candidate should have 3–5 years of direct sales experience in durable goods, strong distributor relationships, and solid CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in direct sales of durable goods.
• Proven success in prospecting and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Use CRM to manage leads, prospects and pipeline.
• Provide product training and support to customers and reps.
• Monitor market activity and inform pricing and product development.
