Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Region Sales Manager to drive profitable sales in the West U.S. communications market and manage a network of Independent Sales Representatives and Inside Sales staff.

The role focuses on implementing growth plans and achieving EBITDA objectives while building strong customer relationships. The position is remote with California-based eligibility, requiring 50% travel and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales.
• 5+ years’ experience with outside sales and managing a sales team.
• 5+ years’ experience in the communications market.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate profitable sales of P&C in the OSP & Premise communications market.
• Implement sales and marketing plans for long-term growth and annual goals.
• Lead Independent Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Associates aligned with growth goals.
• Manage relationships with target accounts and drive strategic opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and market insights.
