Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager - Construction Equipment to lead sales in the West territory while working remotely from near Fort Worth, TX. You will partner with dealers, drive whole goods and attachment sales, and coordinate regional events.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction equipment, strong communication, travel up to 75%, and the ability to translate dealer needs into Deere solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction/ off-road equipment industry and customer base.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with track record of building positive relationships.
• Ability to understand Deere and dealer business and apply concepts to conversations and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business lead with dealers to engage customers and drive sales of whole goods and attachments.
• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive solutions.
• Lead within the territory to implement strategic initiatives with dealers.
• Drive achievement of revenue and gross margin goals across sales targets.
• Organize and execute input, production, and sales process training with dealers.
• Coordinate dealer use of product consultations and sales training resources.
