L.B. White Company, a Modine subsidiary, seeks a West Region Sales Manager to drive sales in the U.S. West Region, within Construction Equipment Rental and Supply channels. Reports to Global Director of Sales.

Responsibilities include planning, expanding distributor networks, managing rep activities, and growing key accounts. Remote-friendly role with CRM-driven pipeline management and product expertise to win market share.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with direct sales of durable goods.
• Proven success in direct-selling prospecting and closing.
• Experience selling equipment/engineered products in construction equipment.
• Experience in rental channel is a plus.
• Track record of selling through distributor/dealer networks.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet goals.
• Prospect and add profitable customers; grow share of wallet with key accounts.
• Collaborate with independent reps and distributors.
• Manage independent rep activities with annual plans.
• Be primary/secondary owner of key relationships per Director of Sales.
• Develop relationships with distributors/end-users to influence purchases.
• Become an expert on LB White products and train sales teams.
• Conduct training and sales presentations.
• Troubleshoot product issues (technical/applications).
• Work with Marketing on distribution programs.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing; report developments.
• Provide market info for product development.
