ANDRITZ is seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Paper Services team for the Western United States. This home-office-based role requires frequent travel to mills and facilities and involves up to 80% travel.

You will develop and grow customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions. A technical degree plus 10+ years in pulp and paper are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the pulp and paper industry.
• Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. (~80%).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships throughout the Western U.S.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across ANDRITZ Paper Service products and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, challenges, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, project management, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and account reviews.
• Maintain territory plans, forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and CRM activity.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies that support long-term growth.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities in the pulp and paper industry.
