Job summary

ANDRITZ AG in the Western United States is seeking a Senior Service Account Manager to grow and manage key customer relationships across the paper services portfolio. The role emphasizes building trust with paper mills, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering value through ANDRITZ service solutions.

The ideal candidate has sales/account management experience in the pulp and paper industry, strong CRM skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% across the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 80%).
• Sales, business development, or account management experience within the pulp and paper industry.
• Established relationships with paper industry customers throughout the Western United States.
• Demonstrated success driving sales growth and meeting territory objectives.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing or process industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow Western U.S. customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across ANDRITZ Paper Service.
• Act as trusted advisor to understand operations and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, PM and product teams.
• Lead meetings, technical discussions, and account reviews.
• Maintain territory plans, forecasts, and CRM activity.
• Monitor satisfaction and drive long-term growth.
• Travel approximately 80%.
• Sales or account management in pulp and paper.
• Established relationships with Western US paper customers.
• Proven track record of sales growth.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or process industries.
