Job summary

ANDRITZ AG is seeking a Service Account Manager for the Western United States. The role focuses on developing and growing customer relationships with paper mills, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through ANDRITZ's service solutions.

The ideal candidate has sales/account management experience in the pulp and paper industry, a strong background in customer engagement, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships throughout the Western U.S.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across ANDRITZ Paper Service products and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, challenges, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, project management, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and account reviews.
• Maintain territory plans, forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and CRM activity.
