Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a highly motivated Service Account Manager to support customers across the Western United States in a remote-based role. The position emphasizes building trusted relationships with paper mills and operations, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through ANDRITZ's service solutions.

You will lead meetings, manage accounts in CRM, and collaborate with engineering, service, and product teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.
Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel ~80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships throughout the Western U.S.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities across ANDRITZ Paper Service products and solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, challenges, and objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, service, project management, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, and account reviews.
Maintain territory plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines in CRM.
Monitor customer satisfaction and drive long-term account growth and retention.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity in the pulp and paper industry.
