Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner for medical practices within a portfolio. You will drive value-based care performance, coach clinicians, and partner with healthcare leaders to achieve shared financial and health outcomes.

This hybrid, on-site role requires 5 years of executive communication and strong analytics to optimize contracts, HEDIS/STARs, and operational improvements while traveling 3-4 days weekly to Shreveport, LA.

Qualifications

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years in practice management, project management, and analytics.
• Ability to work onsite 3–4 days a week in Shreveport, LA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and executives to drive performance.
• Own financial, quality, and operational outlook across the account.
• Use data Analytics to monitor performance and communicate progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to create executive-facing updates and memos.
• Coach clinic staff on processes and technologies related to VBC.
