Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own relationships with automotive dealership clients and lead the vision for our website products. This role supports a proactive approach, driving retention, growth, and customer happiness across a portfolio of dealers.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, triage issues, and deliver monthly KPI reporting (engagement, leads, behavior) while leveraging Salesforce and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2-3 years' progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy
• Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership
• Demonstrated working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
• Demonstrated Salesforce experience
• Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and analytics tools, and Google Analytics
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Responsible for a full and/or complex account load
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities
• Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests from customers
• Communicate priorities, timelines and deadlines to the customer
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases
• Drive portfolio growth via upsell, expansion and upgrades
• Maintain external client retention by managing accounts
• Collaborate with inter-departmental divisions coordinating priorities and requests
• Provide recommendations regarding site performance and enhancements
