Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent
• 2–3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive agency/retail management
• Understanding of dealership operations and cross‑functional collaboration
• Proven digital marketing strategy knowledge for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Self‑starter with ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce and data-driven decision making
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website analytics tools and Google Analytics
• Analytical and data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customer needs drive priorities
• Manage a full and/or complex account load
• Articulate user problems and triage bugs/issues for Team Velocity
• Perform monthly reporting with KPIs, GA, SEO, and customer priorities
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership
• Communicate priorities, timelines and guidance to customers
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, monitor efficiency
• Drive portfolio growth with Customer Success teams through upsell, expansion, and upgrades
• Maintain external client retention by managing accounts independently
• Coordinate with inter‑departmental divisions to provide streamlined service
• Recommend site performance and enhancements (creative services, third‑party advisements, design responsiveness)
