Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own relationships with automotive dealership clients and drive proactive website product delivery. You will respond quickly to inquiries, manage retention, and identify revenue and non-revenue generating enhancements.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing/retail management experience, strong dealership operations knowledge, and a solid grasp of website strategy and advertising.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive agency/retail management.
• Strong dealership operations understanding and cross-level collaboration.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategy for websites and ads.
• Salesforce experience and strong communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management with clients and teams.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships; ensure customer needs drive priorities.
• Manage a full and/or complex account load with proactive guidance.
• Speak with customers to articulate user problems and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate timelines and provide proactive guidance to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create backlogs, track cases, and monitor efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to drive portfolio growth and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain external client retention and progress across accounts.
• Coordinate with digital, creative, and other divisions for streamlined service.
• Provide site performance recommendations and ads/SEO enhancements.
