Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own relationships with automotive dealership clients and drive proactive website strategies that boost retention and revenue.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver site improvements, report KPIs, and translate client needs into prioritized features while guiding performance optimization across analytics, SEO, and advertising.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2–3 years of progressive automotive digital strategy or automotive retail management experience
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and website advertising (SEM/SEO)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of dealership clients and ensure their needs drive priorities
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate problems and triage issues
• Execute monthly reporting with customers, including KPIs and Google Analytics
• Assess, prioritize and present new feature requests to leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver proactive site enhancements
• Drive portfolio application growth through upsell and expansions
