Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing seeks a Website Performance Manager to own relationships with automotive dealership clients, driving proactive website strategy and delivering measurable improvements in performance, engagement, and revenue.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or retail management experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with Salesforce and Google Analytics. This is a full-time remote role supporting 8:30AM-5:30PM PST.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and cross-level communication.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy (SEM, SEO, Google Ads).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Customer service and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priority decisions.
• Manage a full and/or complex account load and triage issues with expediency.
• Speak with customers to articulate problems and prioritize bugs for Team Velocity to solve.
• Execute monthly reporting with customers including KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and expectations.
• Assess, prioritize and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and deadlines with customers and provide guidance.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain external client retention by independently managing progress and results.
• Provide site performance recommendations and creative/service enhancements.
