Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing seeks a Website Performance Manager to own the relationship with automotive dealership clients. You will shift from reactive to proactive, shaping the vision and delivery of our website products while ensuring fast responses to inquiries and driving both revenue and non-revenue enhancements.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing and dealership operations experience, with strong knowledge of website strategy and analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy/agency/retail management.
• Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Strong communication, relationship management, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated team player with high energy and drive.
• Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, and website analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customer needs drive priorities.
• Manage full and/or complex account loads.
• Talk with customers to understand user problems and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs and analytics to demonstrate health of relationships.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines clearly to customers.
• Use Salesforce to track cases and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio growth and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure external client retention through independent account progress management.
• Coordinate with digital, creative, and other teams to streamline service for dealers.
• Provide site performance and optimization recommendations.
