Job summary

Team Velocity, a full-service marketing agency serving the automotive industry, seeks a Website Performance Manager. You will own website performance for dealership clients, driving proactive strategies, and ensuring responsive support to keep customers happy.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing experience and strong knowledge of website strategy, with Salesforce and Google Analytics proficiency, and the ability to work across teams. Remote role, EST/PST time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2-3 years' progressive experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management.
• Demonstrated understanding of automotive dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership.
• Knowledge of automotive digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service excellence and relationship management capabilities.
• Salesforce proficiency and computer skills including MS Office.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and analytics including Google Analytics.
• Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customer needs drive priorities.
• Speak with customers to understand problems Team Velocity can solve and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with customers to ensure a healthy relationship.
• Include KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer-provided priorities in reports.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and deadlines to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team efficiency.
• Collaborate with other divisions to support both reactive and proactive service for dealers.
• Provide site performance recommendations and advertising guidance.
