Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own a portfolio of automotive dealership client relationships and drive proactive website strategy and optimization. This full‑time remote role requires supporting 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (PST) hours.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or agency experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with Salesforce, HTML/CSS, and Google Analytics to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• 2-3 years’ progressive experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels within the dealership.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Salesforce knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customer needs guide priorities.
• Speak with customers to understand issues and triage bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting including KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support reactive and proactive service.
