Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own client relationships for automotive dealership websites, driving proactive site strategy and delivering value. This full-time remote role supports 8:30AM-5:30PM (PST) hours and welcomes applicants across the Continental US time zones.

You will manage a portfolio, triage issues, generate monthly KPI reports (engagement, lead submissions, behavior), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand accounts while

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent
• 2+ years' automotive digital marketing/retail management experience
• Understanding of dealership operations
• Knowledge of website strategy and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Proactive, energetic self-starter
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities and activities
• Manage a full and/or complex account load
• Speak with customers to understand user problems and triage issues
• Execute monthly reporting with customers including KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership
• Communicate priorities, timelines and deadlines to customers
• Use Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to support dealer needs and account growth
• Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements
