Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own client relationships and drive proactive website strategy for automotive dealership clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, triage issues, and deliver KPI-driven reporting while expanding the relationship through feature requests and upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing experience, strong knowledge of dealership operations, and expertise in website analytics and advertising.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years' progressive automotive digital strategy/retail management experience.
• Understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels of the dealership.
• Digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, website strategy and analytics.
• Strong data-driven thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customer needs drive priorities.
• Manage a full or complex account load.
• Communicate user problems and triage bugs and issues for Team Velocity.
• Provide monthly reports with KPIs, GA, and SEO metrics to clients.
• Prioritize and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and guidance to customers.
• Use Salesforce to create product backlogs and track cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow portfolio applications.
• Retain external clients by managing progress and results of accounts.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to support both reactive and proactive service.
