Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own client relationships and drive proactive website strategies for dealership clients.

You will transform from reactive to proactive, deliver KPI-driven insights, manage a portfolio, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve site performance and retention. This is a full-time remote role supporting US-based clients.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2-3 years' progressive automotive digital strategy/retail management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing for websites and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs guide priorities.
• Speak with customers to understand user problems and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, Google Analytics, and SEO to show health of relationships.
